Can I buy VITOD products yet?
Not yet. We are preparing our first products. Join our email list and we will tell you as soon as the shop opens.
What is freeze-dried fruit?
Fruit that has been frozen and then had its water removed in a vacuum chamber, where the ice turns straight into vapour without melting. This leaves it light and crisp, and close to its original shape and colour. Every VITOD fruit is freeze-dried.
Is there added sugar?
No. VITOD fruit has no added sugar. Fruit contains naturally occurring sugars, and the nutrition information on each product page shows how much.
How should I store freeze-dried fruit?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Freeze-dried fruit absorbs moisture from the air and softens, so reseal the pack after opening. The best before date and storage guidance are on every pack.
Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?
On each product page, in the ingredients panel, before you add anything to your bag.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
At launch we will deliver within the UK. Delivery details will be published before the shop opens.

How much is delivery?
Delivery options and costs will be published before the shop opens, and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return food?
Because food is perishable, returns are handled differently from other goods. Our returns and refunds policy, published before the shop opens, will explain your rights, including what happens if anything arrives damaged or faulty.
